THE CHALLENGE:

The objective was to establish a China-based ingredients and finished-goods distribution business in its entirety — legal entity, team, office, and operations — and to secure the initial supplier base across China, India, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.

WHAT AMBITIO PARTNERS DID:

Ambitio sent a representative to China for four months to execute the build-out in person: researching the market, registering the company, hiring the first employees, securing office premises, and launching operations — while simultaneously developing the initial supplier network across the region.

THE APPROACH:

Supplier relationships in Asia are established through direct personal engagement. Factory visits, quality assessments, and in-person negotiations compressed a process that typically requires years into a matter of months.

THE OUTCOME:

The company now purchases and distributes thousands of products and ingredients for the wellness and beauty industry.

WHY IT MATTERS:

This engagement represents execution partnership in its most complete form: the physical establishment of an operating company on another continent, delivered as a turnkey outcome.
